MY PROFILE
How do I update my event preferences?
Visit Support > My Preferences to update your Track and preferred time zone.
How will my name be displayed to other attendees?
During the registration process, you submitted how you would like for us to display your name to other attendees (e.g. your Event Display Name). If you need to update your Event Display Name, reach out to us at NonprofitSummit@salesforce.com. While the event is live, you can click the Help Desk Chat button to the left to speak with one of our support team members.

How do I get to the Mainstage?
The Mainstage will play live on the event portal homepage.
How do I access my sessions?
You can join a session two ways:

Head to My Schedule to see your scheduled sessions. 10 minutes before the session start time you will see a link to join the session.

Visit the Explore Sessions page to view Learning Labs, Hands-on Training, and sessions by Track. After selecting your track, the current live session will play on the Track page. You can click on a session title to view more information or watch on-demand if available.
Where can I view the full agenda?
You can view a holistic view of the agenda under Content > Agenda.
I’m looking for a specific Partner’s session. Where can I find it?
Visit our Salesforce Products and Partners page to find resources, sessions, and request more information on how they can help your institution.
How do I chat with a Product Expert?
Chatting with Product Experts is available during select time frames. Visit our Ask a Product Expert page to add this to your schedule.
Where can I interact with other attendees?
You can interact with your fellow attendees under Chat and Activities > Community Innovation Chat.
Where can I vote for Demo Jam competitors?
View and vote for Demo Jams under Products and Partners > Demo Jam. Voting will close on May 18, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. PT with the winner announced at 2:00 p.m. PT.
